its not fair

    wings of the cicle worth 2,500 credits is good only for physical characters (temp, sin, glad, ranger, chanter)it its 8% att speed only...

    its not fair for magical characters because there is no wing who gives 8% cast speed....

    The wings don't even work. They won't work. And 8% atkspeed makes nearly no difference.

    USE COURAGE SCROLLS = 9%.


    In terms of casters vs melee's... really ._.; these wings were concocted and aren't even in retail.


    Sidenote that asterixes that * * * * at the top... I was typing rofl... or so I thought... but i really typed ****.

    Prolly cause thats all that came to mind at this thread x-x

    if the wings dont work why pet sell or put it on black cloud trader shop?

    i know that they will fixed the bug soon...
    scrolls gives 9% att speed + the wing gives 8%= mean its gives more 17% att speed(PHYSICAL)

    while for magical or cast speed; scrolls gives 8% cast speed ONLY

    As if casters weren't OP enough already (caster speaking).

    Besides, magical classes profit from attack speed as well (shorter animations).

    Also, even if it would add extra casting speed, your casting speed is still limited to +70% afaik.

    Maybe for a sorc .. but for a sm or cleric those wings would be awesome with - cast speed add ;p - MOAR OP PLOX ..

    Nah seriously i'm a caster and the caster are enaught op . But i never saw wings witch add attk speed till now or even heard of them o_O . Well they should not implement that >.> They already did smth wrong implementing the 10% godstones .. now another ! I'm just sain' ....

    they sould sell another wing that gives 8% cast speed or less...

    And they should sell weed in the local pharmacy, but unfortunately, they do not.

    As some said here, you still get a casting animation bonus for wearing that wings.. I wouldn't be complaining w/o understanding the game mechanics first.

    the wings give 16% attak speed ( condition lvl 2 ) lvl 1 8% and i don't think, the wings will work

    Oh trust me i enjoi padma + abg ^^ . For a SM attk speed is important as casting speed .

    My point is that the new wings should not be implemented >.> . Classes are enaught op as they are >.< ...

    I never needed to cast any skill being SM.
    You can kill anyone pretty easy, unless it's a full buffed templar..

    Erosion > Earth Strike > Aftershock > Magic Implosion > Ignite Aether > The other Dispel > Summoning Alacry > Summon Cyclone Servant > Fire Servant.

    You just need shorter animations imo.
    Body root casting is 0.5s, Sigil of Silence 1s.
    Unless you like to permafear someone like any random newbie, then casting speed is somehow useless, but still usefull in some special situations.

    It doesn't really do that much for us, though. Certainly sorcs don't "really" benifit that much where attack speed is concerned.

    That sound as retail .... I agree that for sm is very useful to have a shorter animation but this is not retail . You can't realy kill a good and geared player like that >.> . For exemple if u meet a mr cleric/ sorc ( 2.5k mr ) you can't realy expect to win like that as 50% of your skills are resisted . I find the casting speed very usefull for sm as u have : Infernal pain , Cyclone of wrath etc - those are very important skills on a pvp server . if u tell me that you will kill a gladiator useing that combo >.> yeah u will succed after a 10 minutes fight and rolling body root evry 20 sec >.>
    Casting speed is useful for fear o_O ? No i do not agree with that cuz CCs are not affected by casting speed buffs/ adds . I'm useing fear wen i meet 2-3 ppls in a pt ... i fear the cleric >.> ;p . To use fear as sm in a 1 vs 1 , 2 vs 1 is prety noobish if your oponent is not a cleric / mage . If u won a 2-3 vs 1 and one of them was a cleric / mage .. then they are 100% noobs .
