Cant play aion after the 2.6 update *really sad face*

    Well, after the 2.6 update, i was all happy , initalized the game and got that Nastyyyy error : ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting
    Everytime i try that error appears, even if i open directly through the NCsoft launcher. I also tryied opening at ADM and no luck, reinstalled video drivers, no luck.
    GAAHH , what do i doo ?

    can you get into the log in screen even? More details are needed to give you any sort of advice. Use your words.

    are you using the .bat file to launch or the actual GamezLauncher.exe ?

    The actual GamezLauncher.exe
    with the NCsoft launcher the error also occurs.

    you need to force repair your client. delete the old edited item.pak.

    and see if it needs to fix some. also, try to remember all the edited aion files you have and delete them. it will re download the whole items you deleted.

    Going to delete my whole Data folder tomorrow since my brother is addicted to LoL right now.
    Thx for the help jj011185, hope it will work...
    Please more suggestions ...
    note: I hate repairing so much ... Always at the Texture.pak folders the repair system slows down the whole PC...

    also, might as well exclude your aion folder for anti-virus checking, my anti-virus detected ncsoft patches to be conspicuous so i had to exclude it so it can work seemingly.

    Argh i hate having only 2GB ram(slow repair), i just dont know why the computer only used 10% of myne Quad Core, o.o

    Well i just tryied to delete my USA folder (the one that had the edited item.pak and npc.pak i guess), still no luck
    as i said before, going to try tomorrow to fully delete the Data folder, but meeh~~, i dont think its going to work

    I just fixed this error myself. Turns out the new Gamez launcher overwrote my entire \bin32 folder. Luckily I keep 2 copies of Aion installed. One on each drive. One for official and the other for Gamez. I just copied my official \bin32 folder over to the one Gamez overwrote and hey! back up and running :)

    Try and then give me some love :)

    Yay, fixed it, had to pass my Notebook version to my desktop (2.5) then instead of updating, i repaired it (it also alto updates) so it worked :D
