The fact Evilset said they gonna do something about zerg is complete win, tho I really hope we will be gettin better and better by day.

 

I give up. You forum leechers obviously like having no life and you like going on random threads and doing everything you can to disagree with the OP. You don't want Gamez to get better, okay. I'm done trying to help the community.

That was exactly like 80% of us a while ago.

Now we're just sitting there waiting, maybe hollering at any random update evilset and Carl give us.

I should also mention that yesterday, my thread about drop rates that I made legitimately was immediately branded as spam and closed. I myself was given an infraction by the big man himself.


Also, also, you call us leechers and no-lifers while you yourself are wasting your strength asking for a game to be perfected. Hypocrisy? I'll leave it to onlookers to decide.

Lol Carl should get more devs... To get fixes fast...etc so that there will be actualy daily updates an not updates every2 week.. I'm sure there's tons of players here that know how to code or w/e

I won't even bother to read other responses since I want to give you my honest opinion.

This is a P.R.I.V.A.T.E S.E.R.V.E.R perhaps if read slowly you can understand the following.

A private server does not own the game, does not own the game code, does not own a large staff that can forget about their real life and their real work and dedicate it full time to the development of the server. You will NOT find such thing on ANY private server. (granted, some are more dedicated than others because they have more free time to do so).

and I personally dislike how you say "we" when you're not doing anything to be part of the solution. You're just complaining about obvious facts that the developers already know.

 

i'm sure there's plenty of developers or programmers playing here in gamez, why not hire some of them maybe even part-time? or make a code section in the forums where everyone with experience can contribute or fix bugs ? or something like that.

it's good business in the long run because it would help player retention, with less bugs, more people coming and less people leaving/rage quitting

 

They have to apply for it and get selected to be part of the dev team. When you hire a developer, you're opening the doors to the core of Gamez and you have to be careful who you hire to work for you.

I am sure that there are a few that would like to be part of the team and if they wanted to help, they could always PM evilset or Carl or Alente and let them know they're interested and show what they can do.

I personally wouldn't just release my codes to just anyone.

 

It's up to the players to remind Carl that shit needs to get done.

I'm not writing this to disagree with you, but Carl isn't a developer so he shouldn't be branded as part of the developer team. Evilset sends the patch notes to Carl, who then posts them to Updates so that players feel that Carl is almighty and he's working his little soul off so that the server can better enjoy their gameplay and send in more donations.

Once, just once, I wish the forum lurkers would just shut the **** up, take their pens out of their asses and stop attention whoring for five minutes and post something actually worth wasting my time on. Maybe, just maybe, they might even see that there's insight in my thread and that something can actually get done if we come together and stick together.

But no, everyone wants to disagree with the guy that has a chance to be banned by sticking his neck out and asking the population of the server to come out and demand something to be done. They want Carl to read their post that's calling me a moron and they want that very small chance that Carl will send them a private message offering them an ABG Set.

About my thread? 0 response. It was closed as it is. I didn't even use a single word that could result in a bunch of asterisks popping up.

 

Gamez hasn't been out for two years. =/ Did you start in closed beta or something?

yes when i said 'hire' is like they have to go through an application process not get some random people. they will be like assistant dev or trainee developer.

and i'm not saying releasing the code like that. for my other suggestion, it could be like a select people who also has undergone application (and with title something like AM but with title QA Tester or similar) who can do little things like testing, qa, validating and such. now this so-called section in the forum is closed for the rest of gamez.
