Proof Lightburst is too strong

    like i said, sorc skills are different, the compuation will be the same but as variables values goes up it gets multiplied instead of added.

    evilset did ask about the computation on sorc skills but i could never figure it out, unless there's hidden variable in retail that's causing to get lower as expected.

    i suggested before to increase the pvp modifier for sorc skills only cause it's the only way i could think to get it to retail like damage.

    on retail i did 23 k crit with lightburst

    LB II has a basic damage of 2351. if a sorc has 2600 M-boost (whis is cap and easy to reach with buff) it adds up to 7241,08 dmg.

    so this is totally normal for that skill.

    this is the formula how m-Boost works. so you can do your own calculations.:

    10 points of MBoost = 0,8 % damage

    Menaace has 2311 mboost unbuffed, so he can very easy reach the cap at2600 mboost.

    you're missing pvp modifier. target's elemental defense and target's pvp defense modifier.

    i know, i was just talking bout the basic stats. and already with these it is possible to deal that damage, despite the pvp-stats on either side.

    The problem would be probly that the extra dmg is multiplied by MB too, It should not, I think, atleast a pro dev on other server said so and LB/SB is fixed there.

    The max I hitted was 16k crit on Skybows, the lowest was 1700 on SM :D ..Shields inc.

    Aetheric spell is bugged probly too .... I do more dmg with aetheric then with Flame spray ( if I remeber well, FS have bigger base dmg, so hould do more dmg then aetheric )
