Items sold by Broker , but no Kinah and the Items are gone ....

    Atm i have the following problem. I put a couple of items into trade broker, with 2 different chars.

    after a couple of days i check on the items and it says (and shows) that the Items are sold for 0 ! kinah , Date : 19.01.2038 , at 04.14 am.

    All the items are gone , at the same date and the same time. All supposed to be sold an 19.01.2038 !!! and ZERO kinah.

    support tells me that i am the only one that reported something like this. I can hardly believe that it only effected my sales.

    so is there anyone out there with the same problem and has not yet reported it ?

    Probably because you left them on broker for too long. Click collect money or go to your second tab and cancel the sale.

    If they sell for '0 kinah' then it generally means they didnt sell :3 For the fact of them disappearing, you may have left them in for too long, or lost them in an unexpected bug.

    well i cant cancel any sale because in the 2 tab there is nothing. Asaline looked into it and told me that they dont know what happend and passed it on to Alente and the def-team.

    and the Items are still missing.

    thats why I want them to look into it. I just want my items back, thats all.

    Try clicking 'Collect money' as well as having enough room for every item + 1 space in your inventory :) same thing happened to me yesterday all i had to do was collect money and i got items back

    this is because ur sales period is over. when u click collect kinah. u will get ur items back. they are not sold. only timer on them ended.

    ok .. so i write this another time here.... the items have not been sent back and there was no kinah to collect.

    any constructive ideas ?

    That happens to me too when my items failed to be sold in the broker,i see them as sold items with zero kinah and when i click ok i just get them back in my inventory.. In your case IDK why they are gone o.o
