Is Gamez/Aion still fun for you guys?

Caaaaauuuuuse, I'm quite bored tbh.

Not quite sure if this is a QQ thread, more of a ranting one really.
Unless, you see those as being the same, I personally think ranting is healthy and not quite as specific as QQ'ing 8)

So, on with the point of this thread.

I started playing Gamez (first time playing Aion too) around... 4 months ago? Give or take.
Anyway, I managed to get the best set and some spare random goodness for other characters.
I pvp'ed or rather, ran back and forth with 40+ players and the occasional fun 2 v 2 / 1 v 1 (yeah, can't beat zergers, so may as well join them) <- this got pretty darn boring pretty quickly.

Did some instances, found people got WAY WAY into it, and idk, just not my cup of tea.

Never started crafting or anything, I'm too lazy for that.

All in all, I'm just slightly bored. But I guess you get that with any private server

ANYWAY! I'm just asking whether people are in the same boat, or in fact are still playing this game as if they only started yesterday.

So yeah, is this game still "fun"?
(chatting with people in sanc/panda does not count. D:<)

yes gamez aion is still as fun to me as the day i started

just with friends most of the time and even though PvP is dead sometimes does pick up sometimes and thats still very fun

 

yep. try solo pvp and see how much it pumps you up. lol.
or questing like i'm doing at the moment. siel's dominant weapons.
or go troll the zergs.

 

yep Im doing siel's dominant bow and more. My friend has the SW chain quests, its fun to PvE and explore other features of Aion I.e. instances.

 

Oh, as for solo'ing, it's all I do rofl.

Like I said, some people just get WAY into things (groups) and yeah, idk, not my style.
As for the zerging, that's only in ingi/gelk where solo'ing... just doesn't work rofl.
I'm usually 'attempting' to solo in Heiron/Belu rofl.

Hmm, I should give grouping with randy's another go and try and get some of those weapons lol.

try soloing core

or make an ugly assassin toon level it to 55, put a name FckAllZergs then make them chase you for an hour. trolololo

That how I spend my days now can't go to ing without a group of ely/asmo all hitting you for some little ap
Questing is always the best when there was free fly now the long walk to each of the npc D:

 

I was so into the whole questing thing when free fly was in rofl.
And just like you, plummeted as soon as I found out I had to walk half the map D:<

Hmm, I've been thinking of going back to Elyos... but I feel so dirty even thinking about it D:

Its boring with the zergs and crappy armor.

Whats worse is that the people you use to hang out with have left you .

TBH I'm pretty bored with Aion in general.

 

this really sucks... i know how it feels.

 

ya, it's fun for me. if you want, why not take a break for a while? i did(3 months), although mine has more to do with schooling not boredom.

do something else for the meantime and maybe you'll begin to miss it

 

Me feel the same way . Everyone left , pvping is no fun anymore.
I'm just playing this until Vindictus EU is released.

I do a lot of solo PvP, but every now and then a sin friend will hop on and 2 sins in pvp = loads of fun. <3
Though i play other games for when I get bored.
