No character and more than U$S 900 Losts ?

Hello, i was a couple of months with out playing the game, today i return and i found that my account doesn´t have any character or items.
I have all payments details from my paypal account, i donated more than U$S 900.
I will send my account details, characters name etc etc to a moderator.


Please i need some help.

Yes, accounts with 7+ months inactivity were deleted. But it was done 3 months ago, so you were here for at least 10 months.

 

So, i have no chance to get my character or items back ?

I can get Level 55 again, that is not so hard.
But i can´t spend U$S 1000 again, so i hope some consideration in game.

This game's pvp is still easy with full EAT. Trust me, it's all I have. And I've been with the server for over a year I think now.
But seriously.
Your donation helped the server.
If they will not refund your items, or that of the other donators who have lost their items...
Well they've pretty much lost all respect I ever had for them.
900$ is not a tiny sum of cash. At least NOT to me.
REMEMBER, when you donate, you don't JUST donate for the items, you donate to help the server. If the server that you're playing on does not have nice admins/devs/gm's then don't donate. If you think that greed will **** you over, don't donate.
After all, not all of us would throw around 900$ loosely to people we don't know.
I'm guessing you'll donate again at some point. And that's exactly what Carl wants.

Lol, sorry. Do what you want, but maybe donating to this server was your first mistake? Just think of it that way XD.

I am from Argentina... And 900 U$S Are a LOTTTT of money here...

 

As Daknin stated its not to hard to pvp with non pvp gear. I do it all the time on Kubamacht and kill about 1/2 - 3/4 of people I face.

Personally I don't see a problem with getting your items back as long as you have proof of payment, what you purchased and your account has not been banned with reason (which I'm not accusing you at all so please no spaming "I didn't do anything wrong", "wtf", etc... because that won't help you any).

(Here comes the dreaded but) But, I'm not sure if it is even allowed to bring back your items (couldn't find anything helpful yet).

I just got off work and am very tired so I'll try to get back to you on this later today or tomorrow when I have a more solid answer on what can be done (if anything). If nothing is done let me know via pm or mail in game and I'll try to help you out with making a few instance runs with you (on my legit character not on my gm)

Ok, thanks for the answer, my account wasn´t banned, my characters are DELETED, because my account still here, but not my characters...
I know that i can play with out donation items, i have a Ranger Lv 51 on Oficial server, same name as here "Nubio".
