how can ninja looting not considered scamming?

Ok how can that be a respect to players who spent time to hunt boss, end up being ninja looted?

i player of gamez aion character Cleric, for many times being ninje looted specialy the Yamenes boss.

This should not be exempted in the rules.. the players who ninja loot should be punished also. RIGHT?

Tnx man. it doesn't mean the ninja looting is not in the rule, that they wont do something about it...
I mean i posted last month about ninja looting... and they replied..

The best course of action is to go to Yamennes with friends or legion mates. If you're going with a PUG, you could set yourself as leader and trade people the items afterwards, the best way to do this is to announce what you will do.

 

I think the main reason there's no punishment is that it would be far too difficult and time-consuming to distribute the looted items; it's even harder to do so evenly. It takes a few seconds to put a player in jail. But it takes a lot of time removing items one-by-one from inventories, and exchanging them with all other members of the party. Scam cases between two people took long enough to solve, and I really couldn't imagine being swamped with looting as well. You just have to find a trustworthy leader, I guess.

 

a good suggestion.. but what if your not the leader?will you force the party leader to give the lead to you?what if he will not pass it?if you friends and legion mates are all off line?

however if players knew they could get introuble for it such as banned/jailed maybe the events of ninja looting would get cut by alote ,people do it because they know they wont get introuble or atleast they feel safe doing it

 

Things like this really aren't worth the time. For instance, in an hour, I could handle 2 scam cases max. -- in the same amount of time, I could track down multiple hackers and abusers, do a little event, and answer players' questions. Obviously it's much more beneficial to do the latter.

You might not know this, but not even most Senior AMs have the ability to create items. We only have abilities to punish, and generally nothing involving database edits (to prevent abuse), so even if the player was jailed, there'd be no way to get you your items if the offender didn't cooperate. People don't listen to us at least 1/3 of the time. Again, just being realistic, it'd be much simpler to find a good leader rather than spending an hour of everyone's​ time trying to solve a case like this.
