SKill and Voting.

Hello I am recently new to Crystal,but I do have some toons on Gamez and I am having an issue with voting. I voted like 3 times on Crystal but I never recieved the money or the points for it when I log in on the Crystal website I don't see the points. and when I log into the game after reloading it I have no extra kinah there like tehre is suppose to be.

I purchased the Premium package thru Gamez do I have to repurchase it thru Crystal? I tried to but it said unable to so I am not sure whats going on with it..

I noticed on my SM that Summon Fire energies don't work is there a way for you to fix that? All my other skills ATM seem to be working just fine.

 

im not sure about the voting problems, but the energies dont work to my knowledge

 

yea was hoping there was a fix for that cuz they do a crap load of dmg and help out alot so im curious... Yea I was hoping a GM would read this and try and help. Cuz I need the money since I can't take the money from gamez to crystal wish I could though Im sitting on over 100m there =(
