good idea.cant really understand why they dont have the server check for the running speed allready and as soon as they go above a certain value they just die.also i never see many am's online on siel server the only one is see alot is untouch the other ones are bearly ever online

 

Lumiel needs more Ams from EU cause that time is when hackers show up lol

 

I agree, lumiel needs more AMs online since lumiel ain't that populated compared to siel.

 

..speed hackers shows up whenever there are no AMs online..tested and proven..lols!..+10 to this suggestion and if i may add why not make "hacker hunters" from every continent?..like 3 in asia,3 on us etc..something like that so every timezone can be covered..hacking is the #2 problem in gamez, #1 is bug..lols!..^^

considering that there are only 2 SAMs here, I ll give my response to this one. Any AMs are ONLY allowed logging in their AM toons to do AM stuffs, doesnt matter being invisible/visible (being invisible is needed for some conditions). But if you think/see any am abusing it, How about to cut the bs and using "in-game staff feedback" by providing the proofs.

OT: I'm supporting any idea for staff and server improvement. This idea sounds great with a good management.

 

You should also have a PR service, so things like "waiting 1 week until you get your item back" or "2 years until you get a question answered" won't happen anymore. Thanks moro again for the help! (Unlike Uthy who didn't even bother to answer my spam of VMs.

well, good to hear your problem is solved, i replied your pm soon after you pmed me then waiting more than an hour in lumiel after got your pm, so can you please grow up and stop fooling yourself with your "2 years failmath" :3. like i said in your thread, we have different time to be available in game, if i cant solve your problem at your available time, there are other AMs can.
anyway, there's a in-game staff feed back for it or you can pm me if you got personal issues with me, i'm not a fan of drama

This is a good Idea. Alot of the times I spend online is helping people with there questions (alot of silly ones) and getting people unstuck. I really have no idea how so many people get stuck in between little cracks >.>

Anyways I have 1 thing to add to this. My idea would be to not give this team an in game name Title or put there names out here in the forums. Keep it strictly known to staff. I say this because EVERY single time someone pm's me reporting a hacker I go to the player and they automatically go afk/offline. Have them be out there like normal player just like everyone else but with a better task at hand.

..i was going to include that suggestion as well on my comment but before i do i found a fallback on that idea..how would the EMTs now where the hackers are?..and then i got one possible solution..lfg/trade channels or if its possible create am channels where normal player can shout there regarding ONLY "hackers location"..
