Unable to delete characters

hi GMS..i have been given an account..since mine was lost..this was my friend's account..and it has toons on it already..i'm trying to delete some characters so i can make a new one..for one..i cannot create an asmo character in it..wherein i created an account and i have asmo and ely on the same account..i'm trying to delete low level characters on the account..after the typing the "Confirm Delete" message and then click on OK..nothing happens..i tried it on my newly created account and i can delete characters...how is it possible that i am unable to delete on one and i can't on another..wherein i am using same pc..kindly advise please..thank you for assisting..

 

Make sure they aren't in a legion.

 

Steps in deleting a Toon.

1. Log IN account.
2. Log IN char
3. Check for legion and items u can get....
4. log out account
5. log in back..
6. delete the char and enter Confirm delete
7. quit account
8. log in back and presto.

 

i get the deletion of the character...how about the one that i am unable to create a new toon with a different race?

 

u just need to relog to create a new one. (exit the game and log in back)

if your friends account wasn't multi raced before the 2.5 update then you cant create both race's in the account
