So after carefully thinking, I’ve decided it would be fun and the rest of the staff agreed, to do a Staff Auction using kinah. Most or all of the staff members do not get in game enough to either earn the kinah, or vote enough to get kinah that way. This will also get you closer to getting to know the Gamez Aion staff members outside of their daily duties.

The highest bidder for the chosen staff member will then get the opportunity to have 2 hours of the staff member’s time to help them out with anything they need except:

1. PvP (Except for MODs, since they have to use their legits)
2. Teleport to the opposing faction
3. Spawn items (If its an SAM or Alente [provided he join])
4. Join events with you
5. Abyss and Balaurea is off-limits as it is considered a pvp zone.
6. They may not use instant kill command to quickly kill a mob/boss.
7. Staff WILL NOT Teleport you to the site of a fight, or close to one. You must get to the fight on your own. They will also not teleport you out of a fight if you are losing.
8. Rifting will not be allowed as it is considered PvP.
9. Any Quest Marked as [Group - Spy] Will be off-limits as then it requires Rifting which is in violation of this sections rule 8.

What can staff members do?

- They can:

1. Teleport to you, or you to them (if you die)
2. Help you kill bosses/mobs (They will use appropriate cool downs for all skills)
3. Help you complete those impossible quests (Unless they are bugged) or guide you to the location.
4. They can resurrect you via the command when you DIE.
5. They are allowed to go invulnerable to keep themselves alive.
6. Heal you at a Kisk / Obelisk after you have died in PvP (They will not heal you during pvp. Nor will they help you fight. Will only be allowed to do so in your own factions territory.)
7. Staff (GMs) will not port players away from you if your plan was to kill a boss, etc...Either rain-check the event for another time, or do something else.

Rules:
1. You may have as many staff members as possible but can only use ONE character.
2. If a staff member has to wait for you to forfeit the kinah because you need to flip characters, they will then move to the second highest bidder.
3. If you bid the highest bid for the chosen staff member, you must, MUST forfeit that kinah to the staff member. If you don’t then the staff member will move on to the second highest bidder and you will no longer be able to join the following Staff Auctions in the future.
4. You may not bid more kinah than you have on hand at the time of the bid. If you need to acquire the kinah via trading / selling on broker. Then the staff member will move on to the second highest bid.(AKA Kinah Cap is 10bil, bid more then that will be deleted)
5. You may not travel back and forth to the account warehouse. This is a waste of time for the staff member, and as they are doing this for a fun event. They do have their normal duties to attend to at some point. We are limiting the amount of kinah you may bid to whatever you have on your character.
6. Keep any and all help from the staff members (with the exception of MODs) within your OWN faction TERRITORY.

Winners Prizes: The GM you bid on.

* GMs will get to choose either one player or three player from each level group with the highest bid. GMs will receive 150 pts for just one player, or 350 pts for three players*

Note: To make it more fun, you will not be able to see what someone else's bid. Each bid must be between 0-10bil.

Aren't they profiting off of it though? Way not worth it imo.

 

Don't derail the event. If you don't want to do it, then don't do it.
