    Hello, i was a couple of months with out playing the game, today i return and i found that my account doesn´t have any character or items.
    I have all payments details from my paypal account, i donated more than U$S 930.
    I will send my account details, characters name etc etc to a moderator.


    Please i need some help.

    if you didn't play for more than 2 months, your characters are deleted automatically as it is marked inactive account.

    sorry, they cant return your chars to you, be careful next time. as yachiyo said, you can't be more than 2 months without logging in.

    when we say 'more than' it can be anything more. in this case more than 2 months can be 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 moths xD

    my thought is: 2 months isn't really long time to make account inactive. what if man in hosptal for 3-4 months? he's not exactly inactive. he's unable to play.

    This cleaning happened the eastern when we update from 2.0 to 2.5 and was 6-7 months innactive acounts...i dont think that now if someone stop playing for 3-4 months that his account will be deleted!

    Admins should at least return the credits given through donation. This is getting stupid.

    I think he should get his items back, not so sure about the chars.
    coz it's questionable can admins get the exact looks back etc.
    anyway if he still has all payments details from his paypal account, it would be logical that he gets his items back ..
    and i think the most of other players agree.

    i'm sure he can ask for his items back, although it's a little bit difficult. but with chars is not possible to do that..

    lol 930$ .... omg... Carl should fix this imo... i mean at least give u 1 account with 90000 credits ...and make your own chars and +15 your gear

    like..if i was the owner of gamezaion ..and this dude donated to me 1k $ ... i should help him out ... its not hard for me to use create account add 90k creds ... maybe if he donated before so much money ...he will donate again ... but if i dont help him ...he will just leave and curse me :)
