    if it's the 1% you're talking about,
    definitely serves the percentage.

    (it really does working but on a very low percentage)

    if it procs two times in a row, it's merely luck.

    i use the gold stun godstone (6% chance for 1 sec) on my temps greatsword and i see it proc pretty often, so ya like previous posters said, maybe ur just having shitty luck with low percentage godstones, or if its one of the dmg ones maybe u dont notice it proccing due to it not registering in the combat log or somethin?

    In any fort in Balaurae that is owned by your own race..

    And I'm pretty sure they work, stun does GS proc...however rare the occasion.
