    lol i know what you mean.. coz i tryed with the FABLE before this and it not work.. meby the sever has been updated.. so what i mean by (i gona test it) is i gona test to buy the FABLE one.. :)

    listen, "when I check the NPC my Crucible Insignia amount is still "0" at the NPC" , use another char who never go in Crucible ( i mean dont has any Crucible Insignia ), get 450+ medals and see, u can buy item now.
    all Crucible Insignia u has before update = 0

    and again, u can buy fable item, eternal cant, like APP and ABG :D

    u can buy APP in-game, yes, u can
    so what u think now ??? u can fable ( for skin)
    and see, yamen, sematarius can get in-game. coz they dont has good stat, ( btw masta-vielle has good stat but very hard to get them, really hard)

    afaik, tac nco and tac officer is different in pauldrons and 2nd palette color(the undye-able color)

    my insignia b4 the update dont stack with my insignia after the update...huhuhuhuh.....does it means i will throw away the insignias i got b4 the update or devs will fix it..............
