I hate Selik, and why you should too

Dead Island is coming out on Tuesday! I had originally planned to buy it at a later point but Selik hasn't allowed me to forget about Dead Island so now after temptation and a crap-ton of trailers (and that god amazing theme music......), I've decided I'll go pre-order it tomorrow.

Since Selik ended up convincing me, I'm going to pass that on to you, so you too can feel the urge to go spend $50 ;D

First of all, a few things about the game - Its supposed to have the sort of open-world co-op RPG element of Borderlands, but of course the theme of it is Zombies. You can co-op with up to 4 players. Its set on a tropical island, and you can customize weapons and stuff (not really sure what all that encompasses). Heres some trailers!

I never played L4D, and I'm not 100% sure how the gameplay will be for Dead Island, Selik would be better to answer that for you.
