Interview

I'm about to meet the owner of a world-wide Irish meat company, and he's willing to waste ten minutes on me to convince him why would I be a good choice for a local area leader.

Anyone's willing to share a few pieces of great advice what should I say to impress him?
Something which makes a good first impression but doesn't sound like a cliché which has been used by the previous 5000000000 applicants.

its works not only for that, if you gonna talk like someone else its will be easy to that guy to take decision because that guy will see it in short time you want to impress him and etc and you gonna fail. you need to think and about ur own ideas and thoughts.

I will try my best to impress him in a humble way.

 

Many jobhunting books available at libraries discuss ways to answer these questions. Essentially, your strategy should be to concentrate on the job and your ability to do it no matter what the question seems to be asking. If asked for a strength, mention something job related. If asked for a weakness, mention a job-related strength (you work too hard, you worry too much about details, you always have to see the big picture). If asked about a disability or a specific negative factor in your past--a criminal record, a failure in school, being fired--be prepared to stress what you learned from the experience, how you have overcome the shortcoming, and how you are now in a position to do a better job.

 

Be yourself, if he's seen as many applicants as you say he has... he will smell ANYTHING fake or any presentation from you and immediatley bunch you with the others taht did the same.

 

Research the company a bit so when you're asked why you want to work for them, you can bring up some of their accomplishments.

 

Like Hellmade said. Be yourself, have confidence in yourself.. it about you .. not him.
