Suggestions to encourage pvp in core.

Since the server wants to be like the retail we have a problem,the core pvp is dead. In retail people go to the core to kill mobs that drop blood, so get your miragent-fenris sets, i played 2 years in retail and core retail pvp is great. I do not like pvp ground, I like pvp in air, and i find a desolate core. My suggestions is easy, make these mobs that dropped in the retail bloods, drops platinum-gold medals, with a rate of 10 % for example. So encourage pvp air would get for what we like, and that new players could get eat and app sets with hard work.

 

Plenty of pvp happens in core o.e.. When there are people farming, there are those gankers and then there are those anti-gankers. It's just that people in Retail aren't spoiled/lazy, so they actually don't mind going the long way e.e

Edit : That'll be an issue considering you'll be trying to farm these mobs in cardboard (Horrid armor) And then gankers will come and kill you 24/7, it'll be camped/etc.

 

I like this idea if the mobs dropped medals then newer players would be able to farm medals for trading/buying EAT/EGT/APP/GPP sets/weaps/accesories the AP would be the hard part to get but they could easily farm it with a decent PvE set.

 

I wanted to go to core.. but i didn't know anything about this "retail" barrier and i died -.-'' i was like WTF O.O

 

When pvp by asmos was dominated , the players could get their medals, and equally when it was dominated by Elyos, happened before and for elder.
This is not to gank noobs, is that people would come to do pvp. I just went to core was 10 minutes and had 0 people.
I want to add that I am not saying that people get their set in 30 minutes , would have to much farm.

 

I'm not saying it's to gank lowbies, I'm just saying I know the basic mindset of Gamez players x.x 95% of the players don't care if you're attempting to farm medals/grind/etc, and then there'll be those people who locate the opposing race and then major zerg pvp/camping/etc will go on in core.

You can enter the core from top, above the sun and the center, but will find it is empty.

 

you have to enter core through reshanta abyss roof following the wind stream and the sun won't kill u.

what you say but i am currently a non-existent air pvp, and therefore entered the game and I go out to play something else because it is the only existing iggnison pvp, and it seems a waste of time, and a lot of retarded running back and forth. To me this is not pvp.

 

Well, people still do locate on Retail but people are no where near as desperate on Retail.

I'm just putting in my worth, saying how Core would become if this were to be implemented. Oh and Ing isn't the only place to pvp, there's Gelk/Ing/Beluslan/Heiron ~ And honestly "running back and forth" takes some actual skill, such as kiting and using the movement modifiers; it's interesting :3

Oh, I guess I miss interpreted his sentence. Anyways, that's why you go elsewhere, such as the smaller villages, like I enjoy going to Refugee village, I get some nice 1v1/2v1/3v1 pvp there and I leave the poor new players alone as they farm on the mobs over there.

 

Yup, at inggi i LOVE luring star officers and generals to the Grave Pit : ), but that's because i can hide >.> .

 

Actually just put elders back to the core and only the core. People will go there to farm for stones. Core used to be crawling with officers in 2.5 but now its as dead as a ghost town.
