Cannot Get into Game

    Ever since the last update, I have not been able to get into the game. I have updated the NCSoft Launcher and Game as it said and updated the GamezAion launcher as well. I open the launcher and try to log in and I get an error telling me that I am already logged in. Soon as I click to log in again, it lets me log in but I get the background with no server choices and no characters to pick from. If I reinstall the whole game will I lose my character or is she saved on an external server?

    U can reinstall ur game w/o any problems , ur character wont disappear.

    I used to have this problem,still do sometimes when I DC. Try restarting your PC/Modem and router. Fixed the problem for me.

    i have that problem too... when ever i DONT use battleping... so ever since i first used bp if i dont use it i will get dc'd or wont be able to see the servers =x..

    make sure that you download and reinstall gamezlauncher at main aion folder
    maybe with update some files of the launcher are overwrite with the retail file
