Soft cap for crit

    Hi, when I was playing Aion like a year ago, the soft cap for Crit was 440.

    Now I was reading this forum, I saw someone saying the new soft cap for Crit was 700..

    So is this true on this server, is the soft cap really 700 now?

    can someone answer this ? i asked it too and i got carious answers so...
    what is the soft and hard cap for crit? and by how much % does the crit increase in each?

    As I know the hardcap depends on the class, but I'm not sure. The soft cap is 450 if I remember right. Well I always try to get around 450 crit with my characters and it works fine for me.

    ~440 is soft cap for pve
    ~440 being 44%
    ~for pvp it's 440 vs strike resist
    ~to be able to crit like crazy in pvp you need to go over the person you are vsings strike resist chanters are harder to crit because we have hit mantra
    so if your vsing abg user they'll have 346 without scroll or mantra
    so to be about to hit cap you'll need to have a total of 786 to meet the cap of 44% more if they have a scroll on and even higher if they are a chanter or with a chanter <3

    Edit: if people are wondering what strike fortitude does, it cuts a % of the crit damage you receive from another person

    All I know is that 770 is the hard cap of crit :\

    aion has no hard cap in pvp it's only crit vs strike resist
