    Do u know whats the best movie maker aside from the usual moviemaker in Windows OS?

    free or not, its fine.
    i just need it for editing for my daughters upcoming birthday.

    Sony Vegas. It is also a pro tool, but you can use it as a beginner. I mean, you can easily mod a video. It is both beginner and advanced frielndly.

    adobe premiere, generally for videos and adobe after effects for adding special effects for videos... you will actually need some practice first but trust me those two softwares are the best for video editing !

    Give link people :p Because I might as well try those suggestions. And I'm scared to simply download stuffs I see in Google. I've brought many PC in trouble because of my un-awareness :(

    I say Vegas PRO though I never used it with my videos because I don't have much patience watching Youtube videos for beginners tutorials :p
