I start my day to play aion and i started ok i writte a Id anD H i login and i look for my hero i do sumbit and i have a error you loget at the serwer ?! i do new hero whose have 1 lvl and i can loged in aion why i can't loged to my first hero whose have 50 lvl ??

aka, he logged out in an event map and his character is stuck

I started my day to play aion, and it started ok. I wrote my username and password and i chose my lvl 50 hero and i got an error and server logged me out of the game. So, i made a new hero which is lvl 1 and i can log in just fine. Why cant i log in my lvl 50 char?
