what happens if you forget username/PW?

just what title says/.
created account went to log in and couldn't, so i'm thinking i might of messed up with password/username, went back to website to see if there was an option to retrieve it, and there is not.
so i do what exactly...
the email when i set up my account was very vague. was about 3 sentences long.

so....if you can help, thatd be awesome

 

acc's were deleted.. that might be the reason.

and if you forget your sol lol... gl getting some one to help ya but just pm alente and carl.. and pray for a response.

 

according to what u said its a new account with nothing on it, safest bet is to make another and use ur real email this time yeah it doesnt need confirmation but if u ever need to change ur pass ull have problems

there is a way, if u try the wrong login theres an option to email reset ur pass (unless the email was made up), otherwise start from scratch

u know she just registered on the forums right? sounds like she screwed up on account creation. only accounts 7-8 months old were deleted due to inactivity, this sounds like a new one

if this is ur first time logging in, could also be due to a badly setup client/launcher

 

yeah i figured it out luckily. i kept entering wrong info, and it finally popped up, took About 6 tries for it to pop.
hmm. they need to implement a button under the log in or something. just sayin...

actually said the same thing months ago was helping some1 like u and was like wtf theres no "forgot password" button, then they told me u have to enter it wrong first (which nobody tries if they just cant remember)

u can post in the suggestions section and ask for it
