I'm doing a quest and i can't finish it cause Glati is stuck under the island and keeps on running upward XD.. pls fix this one..

 

server restart or gm killing him will fix it, if its not too steep to stand on, u can try the /select Glati command to target him, then use the autoattack icon to talk to him without having to click him

it's not workin. i did manage to select glati.. but i couldn't talk to her she keeps going up and down

 

in that case try //gmlist, whisper a gm thats online and ask him/her to kill that npc so it can be summoned in its rightful place

Send an unstuck request and just wait until the server get restarted, oh, don't forget to NOT try to login ur char, or it will cancel the request and u may wait a few weeks indeed xD

 

errr....he isnt stuck, the npc is, has nothing to do with the unstuck request ^^

well asking a SAM or higher for //kill glati he will respawn, and that maybe at the right place u_U its the easiest way, or wait for a server restart, and hope he's at his place again.

Pm me the info about the bugg w/ pics of it, ill summit it and hopefully it will get fixed soon, other than that no sam or ham will kill npc's or reset npc's for you..

 

its just a geodata issue where the npc fell under the floor, all the info + screens r in the first post. seems like so much unnecessary bureaucracy for a simple fix xD npcs arent supposed to be under the floor, the npc cant be talked to, therefore there is no harm in reseting it ^^

im telling you what a sam told me when i asked him to reset a quest npc for me b/c players pm'd me it was bugged and i confirmed it.. they WILL NOT reset it >_> seriously... or is it b/c +1 post count ftw?

sounds more like u just have a personal issue with me tbh. the fact that something IS a certain way doesnt mean it cant CHANGE if there is no reason for it to be that way. i thought AMs were there to help people, not to collect info bout things they could fix themselves and ignore the problem. theres no reason why they shouldnt do it if they are able to. oh well

 

noob question, when do they do server restart? same as retail?
