Death.

Does it creep you out when you think about the things that will happen after you die? Some say it's going to be whatever you want it to be (meaning that if you think you're going to Heaven, you're getting it and so on,) some believe that it's a complete darkness surrounding you: there's no emotion/perception/anything.


It's like you're right there. You can feel the cold and loneliness. And you have no one to talk to.

 

I'm going to heaven.

Sometimes you would wish to feel no emotions ... And Death is part of Life ..

I'm not asking for an explanation to death, but how will we react to it

Well, of course I'm a bit scared as nobody knows what happens after you die.

As to what happens, you'll either:
- Stop existing.
- Reincarnate - which would mean there is only limited number of "souls" or beings on the Earth (if there were more people/beings coming and reincarnating into different beings after death, the Earth would be soon overpopulated by various organisms including humans). This would, however, cancel out other religious beliefs such as heaven or hell.
- Go to heaven/hell/some sort of paradise or whatever - which would mean the place has no fixed size and keeps expanding (universe somehow fits the description) as people die every day... However, there would have to be one place only and this would mean religions believing in reincarnation were wrong for the whole time, wouldn't it ?
- Your soul wandering around in human world - Imagine how many people have already died, quite a lot wandering souls, eh ?
- Your soul wandering in emptiness/darkness - You wouldn't help yourself much either, pretty much like the "Stop existing" option as there would be nobody around.

Hope this is relevant to the topic and I wasn't typing it for nothing.

 

You forgot

-Be God - Which means you respawn as god and get to do whatever you want to with the World.

 

As well as

- Have a well-hidden Kisk - Which means continue existing and be virtually immortal for the next 2 hours (unless Kisk destroyed)

 

life is hard death is easy...when i die thats the end..heaven and hell are on earth or states of wellbeing or sataus

 

i invented a story with a friend in which we are the ones who created the universe and crap like that, and jesus is our friend, so we dont really fear whats gonna happen after we die (maibe going to hell for those craps, but, meh)

 

Death doesn't scare me.... I'll accept death if and when ever it comes !!! because death is my job.

 

seriously i am ready to die even right now, i could not find the meaning of this life, but perhaps i'll find deaths one :3
