gladi PVP sm/templar

Hi, i playing atm gladi as my main.
When it come to solo an SM or temp is very hard to win. With temp i feel almost not do enough dps,
and SM fear, dot, fear, dot, run, dispell... not a chance to get close to knock down (3m CD) if you dont have 4k DP ready.
Im full abg set with acc too.. full crit/atk build. Have ABG spear, ABG gs, athana spear (for SM but aoe dont work), MCD+Masta sword( non-pvp atk =( )..

 

silence gs is your friend vs mage classes

vs templar? when i dueled an abg templar with my abg chain full mr glad.. i won.. breakpower kissed my a*z

 

Use Mr Set for SM, and for Templar Use Crit/Accurassy...learn ur class as much as u can and with low ping u ll win em!!

 

i have silence on both spear and blind on GS
hard with these 2 since retail, but they are harder here xP

awww, its cost too much to buy a new abg chain >.< and full MR with my current plate i will do crappy dps xD

 

MR set and weapon with silence gostone[preferably greatsword] for mages.
Extendable spear and Parry set for melees.

Fine tune your rotation to pump out that damage. My glad is in crit/att EGT with no secondary MR set, and I never fine myself gimped to the point where I feel like I can't go toe-to-toe with that class, even SMs. Damage is important, but it's really all about keeping that person on the ground, and if that person gets up, then keeping that person from moving. With your set and a good rotation of skills, you should be able to get the job done.

 

Well .. basicaly what glad need against sorc/sm is 10% silence gs and the job is done ....

I am writing this from point of view of sorc ... Most of the times, I got silence on cleave .. If I do not pay attention, it is gg cuz of perma ground kissing ...

But I du not qq .. because the situation is the same If I use root combo ...

Every class have something that eats the "crap" out of others ...

 

Cloth classes have decent MR just by wearing high-end cloth sets. That decent MR is over the MA of a decent Gladiator, or any other melee class. Silence would rarely hit in that case.

VS. Templars... you have nothing to do, just run.

 

I not sure break power to templar is bugged or not.
On retail templar with ABG mage and shield full 55 armor + 55 acc AP hit ranger with 40e+10 with BP crit only 3k or 3,5k.
(i know this cuz had ranger on retail, and legion mate have a temp)

 

i dont think retail has ABG.

 

retail have ABG since 2.5 =)

 

Retail has ABG. But anyway, you were hitting with a mace that has no physical properties whatsoever, except for the Base Attack and PvP Attack.

 

one more question about BP vs Sure Strike.
retail non go full sure strike build so i cant test. but dmg base on sure strike is 23xx-23xx, and BP is 25xx-30xx
how hard can sure strike hit here, tested with sorc full abg here only 2k or so

 

I once got 1hit by Sure Strike =)

 

i heared that sure strike can crit 12500 xD but never proc that once.

 

Oh my bad about ABG D: and the dmg of sure strike with 12k crit, didnt see that yet
