Items Lost.

i just wanted to try aion out, couse i got preety bored and wanted to see whats new in this version.

to my surprise, when i checked my elmos ranger Dreadsong, all my old school items were gone, and im not talking bout crappy items, im talking bout full abg gear, raiments of mastery, sexy swimsuit etc.

is there any way i can recover at least my abg gear? i dont have proof anymore of the fact that i had those items, but i have old friends that know that i had those items (including crappy zoda if he still remembers me)

also, thinking that i have to vote again (for like 120 days or such, and also raiments were donation item) and crap like that just to get back my lost gear makes me sick.

and yeah, couse im sure most of you will ask this tarded question, i didnt give my account to any1 before i ceased playing aion.

we will not consider item replacement at all without proof you had them in the first place, sorry for the inconvenience.

I hope u guys realize that the warehouse has a bug too. its shows 96 out of 104 slots or whatever it may be and you can keep adding items even if you can't see them but you are unable to take them out. Not sure if there "disappearing" or just "visually" bugged but I hope you guys are aware of that. Cause its happened to me a few times already.
