Items disappeared in account warehouse

hi there.

i just came back to gamez aion and i had an elyos ranger which still had one abg bow and one abg earring and one abg necklace. also anuhart+15 ranger set but i dont care about that. i do care about the abg. the thing is: i put all my stuff in the account warehouse (just like my friends did). created an asmodian gladiator (IGN: Diurion) and when i checked my warehouse it was empty!!! my friends did the same and they could take all their stuff....

can anyone tell me why this happened?? and if you want to ask, i dont have a screenshot (didnt think items could disappear when you store them in account warehouse....

i just hope there is some way to get my abg items back. cause its worth a lot and it took my forever to get those. its a BIG loss to me...

 

err...did u delete all ur elyos chars in order to make an asmo? if u did then u lost everything, only old accounts that r allowed to have both races at the same time (the restriction wasnt in place) can do this

if u bought it on the website, screenshot ur purchase history (if u donated, maybe ur payment too). otherwise the chances of u getting it back r low. especially coz u have no proof and another guy lost stuff the exact same way like 1-2 days ago (would be an easy way to try get abg out of gms)

 

if you expand it to the max the items will not show x_X... sorry... i forgot how i fixed this on my glad.


DO NOT EXPAND YOUR SLOTS TO THE MAX!!! you will get bugged in one way or another..

 

what if u already had it expanded for a few months? guess this is a new bug thx for info. btw i saw something similar on another server and i think the autosort button fixed this

 

I had it expanded to the max a long time ago.. than my wh made about 90% of my items invisible x_X....

 

He meant account warehouse. And practically, this is a feature, and according to the server's policy, you shouldn't receive any refund, because you should've known and it's your fault you didn't know. It's on the update notes, y u no read? wen u no read, is bad 4 u~!

 

thats actually bs lol, so basically ur saying the bugged warehouse is an "enhanced" feature from the update? xD i hope for ur sake that was sarcasm then again im already used to the "lets see what happens" updates. in more than a year ive been around, i only see new bugs constantly added and old ones coming back kinda funny

 

don't delete the char unless you have passed all your items to a new one.

 

Umm, I was talking about the account warehouse. Who the hell brought up the bugged expansion of the normal one anyway - it's not the OP's issue here. He put his items into the account warehouse, deleted all his elyos characters (I guess that was one) and made an asmo, and upon checking his account warehouse he saw it was empty. And that, is as intended:

yeah thought he did that too (same as the other guy from 2 days ago). u said that it was in the update as if the bug was intentional lol, didnt know u meant the removing both races on the same account update xD anyway newcomers dont even know it was possible u know. all that matters to them is how the server was like when they came and how it changed after, they dont care bout how it used to be months ago

 

Yeah, i did delete my elyos after. Fck man, i did this before and i didnt know my items would be gone.
And to be honest i dont care what you say cause i told you i just came back to gamez and i dont know shit about the server how it is now. So pls spare me the its his own fault shit. And smartik, thnx for the helpfull posts , i appreciate it.

I guess im just ****ed by this and i lost my abg stuff....
