Game randomly freezes

My game has started freezing for some reason. I tried reinstalling the game and the client, as well as the item.pak file. Gamezaion has been running fine for me up until recently. Any suggestions?

 

u think it could be ur pc?

u can defragment its disks or even reinstall windows x.x

 

It isn't. I play official aion and other games as well and I have no freezing issue with those. I defrag once a week as well.

 

does game close after it freezes or it goes on? could be more lag maybe...idk tbh , sorry >.<

 

does it freeze when you see asmos/elyos xD? if thats it... it happens to me too =x

 

curious why everybody suggests reinstalling windows xD its the last thing u could ever consider if nothing works, most things can be fixed and reinstall doesnt fix everything chances r he would end up with missing drivers and apps afterwards anyway

yeah this game is much laggier, has a lot more people coz it has no player limit

 

must be the internet connection perhaps ?
or your pc just couldn't stand the high graphics you have set it into ?

 

funny, it's probably just lag... i do encounter lag specially in pvp not when your about to see them but for some reason in actual pvp everyone just froze and i can run around and then puff goes back to normal. lol. happens sometimes to me.

 

happens to every1 sometimes its really bad coz by the time ur screen lets go ur dead xD happened to me more when i was on my elyos in heiron. even people with good hardware end up lagging. according to retail people, the 64 bit client doesnt lagg but we need a new launcher to support that one

 

i thought it's my connection, guess i'm not alone... lol...

 

No it's not any lag at all, the game just freezes up completely at random times (for example, it happened when I was in solo crucible) and I have to close out the game via task manager. Like I said before, I play official Aion and I play it on max settings and have zero graphical lag, so I don't think it's that. Meh would really hate to have to quit this server after I've already put so much into it

 

well updating your graphics driver might help...

also you need to put more details to what you're experiencing like.

it freezes, you can't move, mobs don't move, it won't go back at all...or it freezes like it hangs up?

well to tell you honestly i have no idea and never experience that type of problem your having so a little details are needed.

 

This thing happens to me to. Randomly sometimes but most of the time when i get into instances with party. On the other hand i was pvp with 2 guys in party ... nothing happen. This was in gelk. Then we made an alliance with guild 6-10 ppl and went inggi. Frozed in silentera. Reebot is the only option. It wont let me alt+tab or go into task manager. Got ingame and in the party and then froze again after 1 min. The video settings are set to low, havent got connection problems. The thing is if i play alone w/o party very rarelly i get dc or the game freezes. I believe that it`s a party bug or something to do with the number of ppl in the party.

 

does people made some hack to make you freeze and then after game goes back to normal, they already ate your AP.. I always encounter some zerg but I dont freeze sooo much but when I see these bunch of people(I will not mention their name including their legion) I freeze like hell and when they go, freeze is over.. I have good specs, 5 mbps connection and a good video card.. o.0

 

To me it happened when no one was arround just the guild mates.

 

server side i guess, too many players, heavy lag.. .

that's why i dont zerg.
