I just spent like $120 on books and notebooks and shit. Come on..

When I was still at school my parents spent P5000+ ($100++) for books, notebooks, and some other school stuffs each school year, not to mention the monthly fees we have to pay. Studying is surely expensive specially if you're studying in a private school like I was =,= But even in public schools they still spend big amounts. Nothing's free nor cheap these days *sigh

Good thing I am done with schooling

 

uh that aint so much... 6 years ago i spent about 50 euros for 1 dictionary...

True, this is the first year to buy the books ourselves. Some of them were for lower prices from the high grade stundents, but we're an experimental class and we're working on a higher difficulty on some classes, so we had to buy our own. + Cambridge tests for English + ECDL (European Certificat in Digital Languages or something like that). So meh, more moneyz to spend.

One text book here is like $50 and with the 6 other subjects you may need texts books for plus notebooks etc and we have uniforms here which is like $40 per shirt >.> ....expensive. But I never really gave it much thought, parents paid. Guess I'll have to think about it when my daughter is in school >.<

 

english books 300$, school books over 150$ + monthly fee...but at the end of each week i am telling myself that i should start learning those craps, jeez it's been already third week that i am motivating myself lol
