My Sorcerers' Items Set Gone

ALL my sorcerers' item just vanished. Is this cause by a bug? I lost both of sorcerers' item sets. Pls retrieved it. It's not much of an item but it's the best stuff I have for my sorcerer. This issue is really worrying me. I just played with my characters last night. and now when I logged my characters back in they're both naked.

My characters is

Geisha and Tabatino
both sorcerer.

I dont know with my other characters yet. but they're the only characters I've seen completely naked when I log in character screen.

I already did the quit then log back thingy still they're naked. I dont think it's hacked since most of the other characters have there items. and my account is not yet VIP so it's untradable.

if you're referring to a photos of what I have before the whole thing happened. Of course I dont have that. As far as I know I'm the only who uses my account it's completely fine for almost a year now. This only happens last night. I just want to know if it's traceable like other games on which they can access the previous transactions of my characters prior today. But if not then I guess it's just my bad luck. If there's nothing they could do. Well, I guess I have to start from scratch then. Argghhh...

No. and I dont log my account to those hack websites. The only thing I logged in to when playing gamezaion is the gamezaion.com website and this forum.

 

Well, yeah I'm kinda know where my thread goes. but even if I wont gonna get back my items. Atleast I tried, and it would also be a reminder for both players and moderators that this things still happens on the server. I'm just hoping that if this is a bug that it will be resolve soon. Coz I'm really frustrated right now. I hope that whenever I started earning back some stuffs ingame that I can assured that things like this wont happen again. :unsure:

 

There seem to be ghost around stealing items from random players, Or its a serious bugg in this server and needs MAJOR attention... SERIOUSLY who the F videos their items every single day becose they might dissapear tomorrow? its BS that u need such evidence, seriously cant am's just chek loggs instead? This days u cant just be affraid of usuall buggs, hackers, and players that reports innocent people for using some skills they never knew exsisted.. BUT u have to be now affraid of logging out aswell cuz items might dissapear.... Godshhhhh, its like dont logg in at all thats the safest way to "play".
