that is not even retail-like. I play in Spathalos 55 ranger with 3 parts 50e and gloves & boots 40e (still getting gold medals), I have a Tahabata bow +15 and upgraded it with L101-L105 with no problem, as long as you beat the level of the item by 50 when its fabled you shouldn't fail and yesterday I wasted over 70 units of L100-L105 with no results.

 

its still pretty possible to enchant gears to +15 and its not so hard, yes even ABG's.

 

It's still pretty possible to 1v1 a sm as a gladi. Sure it's possible but do you really want to? I'd say the odds of winning a sm 1v1 as gladi are as high as enchanting to +15.

 

i dont see it that way sir, i think enchanting its easier though than your example of killing a SM :X.

You can't control the enchant rate.It's a random variable.You can only increase it though by using omg lolwut 1337 hax.

 

This what worked for me:

Regular suppliments - from home forts + green enchantment stones 80-100. Do this till its +10

to +15 items you need Greater suppliments which is at the moment your own forts on enemy territory and you need Purple and Black stones that is 101-190 enchanment stones.

I dont really think why we should even have enchanting rates who cares if everyone has +15 and full socket stones... I do not see point it mainly pvp server you want everyone to just + and socket and go go go... But My guess is just another way to make money to make sure you need stones from shop if you did not have the luck of disenchanting purple stones =(

btw, i have enchanted my second eternal lv55 wep. Failed 4 stones from 10~15.

 

90-98 1-10 and black stones for 10+

 

There's no certainty that it's bugged, unless evilset directly said it himself. I personally think it was intentional that they decrease the enchant rate at +10 to +15. Whats the point of having lvl 100+ stones if lvl 90 stones are sufficient?

those high lvl enchantment stones in the credit shop are there for a reason.
