    I think they're meant to be used for looks (GL affording that on retail) or as a secondary armsfusion. The greatsword adds +70 attack.

    If lvl 2 conditioning retains the stats from lvl 1 instead of overlapping it, these do have a higher PvP rate.

    I have a feeling these were meant to be as secondary armsfusion.

    11% PvP dmg from main greatsword (for example) adds 2% on to it if conditioned.
