Fun Times in Heiron

Hey peeps,

Just wanted to yell at all the mofo's that pvp. past 2 days was hilarious amount of fun in Heiron. Deeply enjoyed the 1 vs 6 action where you awesome elyos fed me lots of ap. 3mil in 2 days actually :wink:. Anywho, after I derank tomorrow I'll be there aaaaallll weekend, hopefully you can tone down the overwhelming zerg action after you die a few times though :annoyed:.

wish i could do the same in belu, i just suck so much on my way around snow. i can't believe how easy it is to get around heiron... you could probably do it with eyes closed and gank elyos like crazy, i'll probably make an asmo assassin for fun in heiron since abyss is so dead... might as well try.

 

There are soooo many spots in ingg to gank as an asmo sin, I wish I could make asmodians on my account =(

 

I loved pvp'ing on my assassin, the downside is against plate you do almost no damage unless your full attack build. But....then you can't do squat to most cloth or anyone running mr build. it's a no win situation for that poor class.

 

Beluslan really isn't that terrible to get around in, once you know how to manage it. Are a few more guards, and a couple tricks to it, but no ****ing invis mobs like Heiron's swamp has. Granted, the latter is more of an issue on retail. Zone looks a lot nicer than bland Heiron, too.

i like elyos sin cause of the silence skills... asmo's equivalent just sucked bad for me.

you would be amazed how many high ranked assassins didn't knew how stuns work in sins.

 

Yeah it's surprising how many assassins don't realize their rune bursts, ambush, and pretty much all their other attacks are magic accuracy based :lol:

 

No need to be surprised just look at every single thread labelled something like "new sin looking for manastone suggestions" and the amount of people that tell you socketing MA is for casters not sins lol?

 

I ran full ma in my armor, crit in my weapons, and used mboost/macc food

 

i watched these elyos assassins in zerg battles and they chase people like mad, ambushing and not stunning the target... and i'd be like lol.

 

Sucks really hard for sins that they are, but people should have noticed this from pve, even, before getting to pvp. Rate of resistance definitely needs some changing. Until then, going to try running agonizing slash as well, in something of a mixed build. -200 MR should help a lot with landing abilities.

 

gamez likes to make assassins hard cause Evilset is a sorc in retail and gets ganked by sins probably... lol. in short he hates em.

just a joke tho.

well sins aren't really that bad, they still can kill it just takes too much time and with zergs 24/7 around just makes it harder... but i wouldn't mind a buff tho.

Thats similar to the build I was running, but I also had flash of speed which isn't showing up on the list of stigma's available ones

 

Your build looks very similar to what I have currently and might tweak. Have eye of wrath in to unlock agonizing slash, and throw shuriken 2, given lack of flying pvp. While I could certainly swap the latter out, not sure what I'd replace it with, if I wanted to.
