New here, few questions

I'm new here, and I have a few questions about the server before I decide to dedicate time to it.

1. Is it really donate-friendly? As in, if I don't donate, will I be of any use in PvP? Or is stuff you donate for available in game (Excluding the obvious)?

2. How is the community?

3. Is there a difference between servers? If so, what are they?

That's pretty much it.. feel free to throw in anything else that you might find helpful. I'd like some insight on the donating thing, though.. I don't really plan on spending money on the game..

1. technically stuff u donate for (the best gear) can be bought ingame, but only from people who donated for it and got VIP (allowing them to trade it). however most of the stuff is duped (aka disappears after relog) so people dont trade for it much

note: people who dont donate can vote for the same credits donators pay for so yes, they can purchase it too eventually (50 credits voted twice a day, 100 credits per day = $1)

2. the community is...huge ull feel that in the mass zergs in balaurea

3. siel has all stigmas, lumiel has a stigma system where u have to choose (those r for gamez aion). crystal aion has only 1 server and has mid rates while gamez is high rates (max lvl takes like 3-4 hours of casual gameplay)

the server has quite a few bugs but u can still live with that, speedhackers and dmghackers get annoying but if u report them they get a ban

 

the community in the forums is relatively small, and so is the community ingame

compared to other servers, this one is pretty crowded. ull see that especially in sanctum/pandaemonium and inggison/gelkmaros

 

#1: If you don't donate the maximum attainable pvp item you can get in-game are APP/GPP set which is next in line to ABG, you can get most of the stuff in game, you can vote also to get some credits aside from donations, just don't think of multi-voting...

#2: Pretty huge... of all population this is a site statistics based on visitors to www.gamezaion.com

thats for gamezaion.com, so yea kinda big

crystal aion has 949 unique visitors a month

 

well that is right, if you somehow look at in-game's abyss ranking it goes to thousands, just goes to show how many players playing the game.

 

abyss ranking can be deceiving most people here have many chars xD i know some1 who has 8 of them but yea, lots of people

also noticed he went offline seems like he just wants a server where he can pay for being the best, but only if nobody else can get the gear

u should play rohan: blood feud dude, they totally killed that game with overpowered item mall gear

 

well that is true, i for one got 2 high ranked toons getting in top 100 lol, but at least it gives others an idea how many people are playing at times. also, as always, zerging happens when people get uber items through donations, as people rush to pvp, with out spending time to know their gears/characters/skills...

 

well abyss pvp was fun till they killed it, was good for solo pvp

and what i meant was if u have many chars (regardless of rank) u dont play them all at the same time so yeah the actual number is a bit smaller

1. Totally. You'll be able to purchase ABG items and such. I can say some items were/are available in game but takes either a while to obtain them, or their drops were disabled.

2. (No Racism intended) But you'll spot quite a number pinoys in game.
You may find a few hackers, dupers and such but if you meant personality-wise, majority are quite mature and friendly

3. Siel - Larger population, No stigma system
Lumiel - Population is less than siel's, runs with a stigma system .

 

you can even answer your questions lately... just read threads especially about issues in game so that you'll be aware.
it is much better if you get to know the server yourself through observation.

 

1. Donators have lot of adventages, but is still playable for non donators. Maybe you will find server a bit harder than others high rates servers when you want to gear up but its becouse there were lot of changes lately, but try get lot of kinah by broker selling some stuff, get lot of aps and get platinum medals at balaurea fortresses and you'll be fine.

2. The most populated private server i have ever seen, what makes it the best choise to play in my opinion.

3. Nothing to add to the lasts comments^^.

 

To be clear, gamez aion has been designed to make money.

about the server to choose, i suggest you lumiel:
stigma system, so if you don't zerg, you would discover a way deeper your class,
than on any other full stigma server.

about bugs:
hum, i let you checking it by your own ^^

it's not the only advantage, but this one is enough to prove lumiel is better.
