cant connect

please can u help me about my character, it disconnects everytime i log in but on my other characters there's no problem,its been two days now since this thing occured..please can u do something about it..aion is my only life :sad:

btw i got no ss coz it just suddenly occured and i even know why the hell..bleep

same problem occured...uhm btw do i have to wait for another time for the server to restart coz as far as i know the server just restarted awhile ago...??
