Wrong button takes 1000 credits.

Ok guys, so...
Last week, when i was 1250 credits, waiting for 2000 to get an abg weapon,
I used Black Cloud Trader Shop just to LOOK AROUND, I mean...
I was looking on weapons remo, [bows] i just wanted to know how they look like.
And guess what,
I saw the remo of a Tahabata Longbow, and i don't know what happend,
cuz i just PRESSED ON C L O S E button, and the game, bought me that Tahabata Longbow.
I also made a print:


Now, let's be serious guys [staff people] Look in, at my gear, i have no bow, no necklace and no rings.
[I have been robbed, full abg account is gone, so i started over], so... I guess you belive that I'm not
enought iddiot, to spent 1000 Credits for an Tahabata Longbow, and to prove that i don't lie, look in
the chat, it says that i have acquired a Tahabata Longbow.

This happend last week, i did send a private message to Alente, but no response.
Now, I have 850 credits, but i want my 1000 back, this is not fair.
Btw, introducing Anuhart/Tahabata gear in BCTS it's a... B A D ideea, seriously.

So, i expect to belive me, and refund my 1000 credits back, thank you.

The only thing that is left for ya, is to make profit of this situation and learn from your mistake ... NEVER open BC shop .. you can get the best stuff from WEB ..which also ask´s you if you really want to buy ...

What was his mistake?? opening the BCTS???? Cause for what it looks he hit the CLOSE button... not the BUY button??? or is it another BUG where the mistake is from the Devs...????

 

I just opened it and pressed close, yet I don't have any tahabata bows in my inventory (I could afford from the credits I got stored on my account)

 

if alente didnt answer u dont have any chance to get anything back.

 

nope there is no bug, I buy from BCT all the time and it works perfectly fine when I'm sober.

side note: The staff shouldn't fix something you caused yourself.

 

It's the same as saying

why still 1250? after you acquired your tahabata bow? if im not mistaken, when you buy in BCT ur toll automatic decrease its amount, but in your SS its still 1250,,

 

there is no such bugged in BCT cause i always take a look around "window shoppping" viewing close but nothings happen, i got 1000 toll but nothings happen.......works perfectly

tbh dude look at the screenshot, he has both a tahabata bow AND 1250 credits, therefore it wasnt even paid for with the credits, sounds like bs to me

I remember buying something at the shop and the toll didn't decrease (Tac officers Grimoire).

Although the system knew i spent the credits.

But this was back when the shop first came out.

earlier this day my friend bought in BCT GS silence, his toll is 1150, after he acquired the item his toll decrease and got only 150, so no seems to have problem in BCT,

I guess that another player just traded you Taha bow and now you say that you bought it. [That's the Truth from my side.]
