Gm pls help me to get my items back T_T

im Infernalchaos/asmo...
1st ive got dupped item, my masta jewel masta set,... when i relog,, the masta set is gone,.. and now my masta bow to masta plate set,,, its same,,, the et is gone after i relog,... Gm untouch told me, my items will give it back to me if i have a evidence,... this the second time i got dupped,.. pls help me to get my items back,... T_T

She could be a victim of a duper (like what happened to me before, and I have to give my old masta set with epic remodel because the first set I traded was duped) or she could be one of them.

 

thats to unfair to get dupped item,... T_T pls help us to get the items back,...

 

it's pretty stupid that they would ask you to gather proof but then they wouldn't do anything shit to retrieve your items.
there's been a lot of victims of "duped" ABG items and I doubt if anyone from them was handed their lost item back.

a sad reality...

BUt one of Gm promise me make a proof/evidence,.. after ill post he gave back my items,...

 

SAM's can't refund items anymore, forwarding this to Alente...

 

because investigating every single case is really complicated and the gms have better things to do. unless duping gets fixed its way too much work per person, thats why they ask for proof

just yesterday i saw 2 people pretend they got scammed in order to get full abg sets or thousands of potions, flight scrolls and a +15 wep from a gm. its because there are scumbags like this who try to get free stuff out of gms (the screenshots were really fishy, so many things wrong with them) that getting stuff back is hard

safest bet? record the whole thing on a video

 

what do you mean?? our item cant bring back??? thats too unfair,.. T_T no action at duppers????

 

Players need to be made aware how to properly record/upload videos so that they can give GM's an easier time going through dupe reports.
