    It may not be compatible since it's a Corsair, it has nothing to do with the 1600mhz. You should get a Kingston one, they never fail me :/. Same thing happened with my motherboard(DG41WVBR). Try to use that RAM without any other RAM, if it still fails, try switching her slot in the motherboard, cleaning it, also, you could've killed it when you touched it (static electricity).
    Going to school now, cya bro. Good luck :(

    naaaaa..... the brand not doesnt matter even kingston or corsair... samsung..or mitsubishi....etc
    the speed a.k.a MHz play big role here. the mobo clearly stated can support only up to 1333 mhz... then u think logic if u put 1600. lmfao.

    even it manage to make the RAM work (some mobo can)... but the RAM speed will reduce and hence eventually ur RAM or RAM slot on mobo will out someday.

    i 'play' with this thing everyday as my source of income so i kno. :sideways::sideways:

    When the Barrage of the Memory RAM is 1600 it will work on any Motherboard DDR3 even if the motherboard only supports 1066, but it'll work as a 1066, believe me, and the manufacter (kingstone,etc) MATTERS.
    Before you answer me talking shit again that it'll burn the MoBo eventually do a little search on google.

    @Kesstrell3
    I'll not start flaming here 'cause you're a "Grown-up" that gets all angry just because i said "shit".
    Google it, and you'll see that you're mistaken, btw, what do you mean by "Experience" did you do a hardware college ? That's my last question for you.
    @Petro: You better contact support, it's the best to do.
