    when i go inside the rift i saw Tiamant Assassin. but when i killed it, i cant loot the corpse..?? bug?

    the bug is that it's being hit by the NPC's. You must run around a bit til he de-aggros/resets, then engage him.

    While we're at it, the kill doesn't seem to be registering on the quest, "A Rift Adrift". Essentially, I can't seem to complete the quest to get those extra insignias.

    Update: As a matter of fact, as per what Dorilin said, you have to wait for the Tiamat Assassin to kill both the NPCs at the start.
