Voicing out the necessary

Hi dearest all,

I've been looking around and hearing alot of comments from alot of people, also looking through this section of the forum. I came to notice certain things and also feel that some things have to be reinstate or remove depending on the situation. I will declare this first in case of flaming: I do not know whether its bugs that the GMs cannot solve or the GMs/Host themselves did it.

As all of you know, this SERVER function around CREDIT the most. Everyone is looking for credit, abg items, etc. I even have people quoting 1.5k credit for a damn masta plate boots. Ridiculous? Well, its the mindset of the players currently playing in this server.

Take note 1 thing i said - CREDIT & ABG ITEMS, APP/GPP items as well, wings.

Not that I really care about those, I can donate or slowly farm if I want to. But I do care about the other items in game! Let me do a few pointers to let you see where i coming from.

Things that I think should be reinstate for the sake of the people and the reputation of the server
Examples are:
Beshmudir Items - There's no full set for this item only Spiritmaster i think. I managed to get a full set for my SM.
Siel Items - Long quest for a nice looking weapon
There are more i think which I cant think of at the moment

WHY?
Its easy. You see, some people keeps changing skin for the weapon, armor, etc. (Me included) Yes, pvp, zerg-ing is fun. But at times, we will like to do some quests, hunt for some items. Remodel our items for better looks. Things like that you know? If you removed them, what do we look forward to? I DARE TO SAY, you are killing off the fun in the server for banning to such extend.

Beshmudir Items - This is a decent set for PVE but not PVP, people who love pvp would look to abg or app/gpp.
Siel Items - Is this even strong????? It only looked nice right????????????

Things that I think that are ok at the moment.

SW set - Quite the same as enraged masta set thus i understand why no drop.
GPP/ABG purchase from shop
Enraged Masta set
Tac officer set


I perfectly understand it well enough why these items cant be purchase or hunt if they are ban. Only credit can purchase them. Well, every private server needs a source of income and these items are the source. Top-notch items banned = i understand perfectly why.

But by banning so many other items, set, i think you are basically taking the fun out from people. Frankly speaking, I have hear people saying "Carl is a greedy bastard", "Why the **** they ban so many items?" "I already downloaded infiniteaion launcher", things like that. Honestly, I agree to a certain extend but i do question myself whether is it BUG or is it host want to ban them.

Last thing I would like you all host, GMs and fellow players to think about is
Killing the fun = people pissed, upset, disappointed = reputation of server drops = fewer players = people quit/change server = lesser income

Its a long chain of events i believe but I do think its true to a extend. Do think about it. Unbanning some items benefits both US PLAYERS as well as REPUTATION FOR SERVER and HOST.

Another thing is, maybe you can try hiring AM/GM from other timezone. Looking out for trades, solving problem, etc. Cause I do feel that sometime when we really need a AM, we cant find any online. I know you guys have your own life thats why i suggest hiring a few more from different timezone. Voluntary ones.

They won't fix getting the full sets. Carl wants money and donations for vip.

 

Dude, thats why I'm saying unban them cause those items arent as powerful as gpp/app or abg. They are just some remo or decoration items.

For SW SET, i agreed with the ban. Please dont give negative comments. This is a suggestion section ^^ thanks I'm trying to let them know what i'm thinking and not setting up another flaming competition.

 

This is gamez, nothing is free. I only agree with the besh set but the siel's were put in the special shop, thus it will never be unbanned just like veilles/masta that has been in the credit shop for a long time and still unobtainable skins.

 

well, i do think that siel should be unban cause we gotta do a long quest for it anyway. Putting them in cash shop simply kills off the fun in trying hard to get it. If private server is simply about earning hell lot of money then i personally think the host failed.

Simply, if you do something without passion, nothing will come out beautiful in the works you done.

Earning extra cash is simply an additional benefit that players themselves pays for you. Its like respect, they are given, not self-proclaim. if players feel the need to buy credit, they will buy. I'm a donator by the way.

well i'm just a year "younger" from you but doesnt mean I havent played in any private at all. If people plainly judge a person from some data information they see, those people can be really naive.

If it takes you a year to see what's going on, I suggest those people getting a little course in regards to psychology. I'm coming from a point of benefiting both host and players. If what I say here is offensive and nonsense, feel free to delete my thread.

I'm doing sale myself, i know what benefits both customers and sellers.

 

gamez given you the benefit to play aion for free at all...

that's just it... you play, they put anything in CS as they see profitable... so yeah. good luck with your suggestions, like every other good suggestions, they will go down the drain.

This is a high rate pvp server which has the best pvp items for sale in a credit shop... Money wont stop flowing into the pockets of the owners simple because of it... even if 2 months later (or sooner) you regret your "donation" and quit, you still already payed and voted enough for people and money to keep coming... There is not much to do in that sense, and I dont think much is going to be made in the future. Plus this server keeps itself up to date with the offcial version quite nicely, so when you look for a pserver, this one seems like the ideal one, it simple wont die overnight because drops are missing, and many other stuff.

The normal drops are being reworked (or that is what has been said many weeks ago). The other ones I dont know whats gonna happen, but I doubt your suggestion will help in any way.

 

well to what u had said, i stated clearly i agreed with the top notch items being in CS and so. But why ban the other items? taking the fun from other players? Well if you are looking for a short term income, you can create a good server, CS all items, run it to max and smash it after a while but if you are looking for a long term constant income, its a different story.

"Customers are always right" i think it fits. I only dare to say, i dont stuck up to the host nor i side with ridiculous players but as far as it goes, things arent looking that bright for the server. I only voice it out cause i'm concern.

It just show how irresponsible ppl can be, turning a blind eye to everything bad around them.

you get more ap? big ****in' deal. what's AP good for? absolutely NOTHING. you have to make numerous 55 toons for the medals to get anything... you can't use ap for transformation... so thus AP = useless. killed a major portion of the game.

drops... with the drop tables ****ed - the drop increase is literally pointless. so again, wtf is so good about VIP? you might as well take your 15 bucks, go to the corner store, drug store or walmart and buy a pack of condoms to save your hand from 9 months of torture and 12 hours of excruciating pain. At least it'd be doing something then - amiright? ;x. (more bang for your buck!) LOLOL.

Well they do say that it is a "bug" and that they cant just apply the loot table syntax that other Pservers use. The thing here though is this problem or "bug" as they say existed for like almost 8 or 9 months now.

It would be easier to admit it is intentional, that way it will not keep the players hope up waiting for something that probably isn't happening.

Just my 2 cents.

 

other servers have different quirks - like there's a new one out that has events where you'll get 2 abg pieces for joining. some servers have everything working. the main thing with this server - is they want to change it yet conflict with everything they do.

IE: they changed DP so you have to spawn Taha. this says they want people to do some pve as well - yet with the drop table screwed - this says they don't. So it's obviously a pvp server. Which begs the question - why the **** is my AP so useless? It's not the fact we can buy the top tier gear - but we can't even grind the shit for lower gear unless we make toons and delete them... so :s yeah confused? ;x

and if you stop and think about it - AP for the title? big whup - like people need a bigger target on their head for zergs ;x.

So I keep mine low - sad, I have like 2k of the highest hp pots, mp pots, flight pots and tombstones - just so people don't single me out to kill me in a group of rank 6-8 nubs... tut tut. good pvp... good pvp lol

Also getting AP as newbie here ... close to impossible even with zergs is a pain in the ass . just put the Abyss Item NPCs back in and change the goddamn value of the items you can change everything else carl can't so that little task shouldn't be so hard .. oh wait it won't help the profit ...

 

So you could be on this server for it's entire lifespan and still be an idiot.
