Who help us?(repost)

We reported Hacker or Abuser with SS and Video on forum before.
But no one judged it because we use Japanese Client.
Though my friend have been banned under a false accusation by a man who use English client.

Now we have a video that A man(SCAMMER) stole 2xABG ring and many scrolls and serums.
Who help us?
Who BAN him?
Who give back the items for my friend?

Please help us.

My friend cant speak English.I also speak English little.We are all Japanese.
So it was very hard to tell that he is not a hacker.But we done.
It is not matter at this time.

I want to tell you "how can i explain someone is hacker(or scammer)?".
No one helped us before because we use Japanese client.
Items, skills, system messages, and so on... all of them are written by Japanese.
So some AMs said "I could not understand Japanese." and no one helped us.

For example if some one use fly-hack, you can see it on the video i took.
But they said "I can't understand because it is not English."
Is it matter whether the client is English or Japanese?
You can see that the Hacker use fly-hack on the video even if I use Japanese client.

So now I think "whether the AMs watch my video or not when i post on forum about hacker(or scammer)"
We had the proof of hacker(or scammer) but no one helped us.​

 

Well you still need sses to prove it right ?

 

Sounds like we need AM's that is multilingual or if not at least one from each from whatever country the client is translated/available.
