    +Sareupan: A new land available for lvl. 56 and up. Basically the medium ground, meaning that Elyos and Asmodians will be able to interact without shoving weapons up each other's pieholes. However, there are PvP hotspots where the competition gets fierce. Also the land of Tiamat, a rumored third race.

    =Housing system:

    1. Housing is available for characters level 21+
    2. A "basic" house is acquired through questing, but you can upgrade through other means later.
    3. Housing features include mailbox, furniture, interior decor (picture frames, mirrors, plants, etc), wardrobes (OMG), community interaction stuff, and a .. toilet o_o Yeah.
    4. There will be plots of land for auction in certain areas (limited).
    5. There are housing maintenance costs.
    6. There will be new crafting skills to make furniture.

    +Special server integration: All characters 45 and below can join a different server, where you get all these bonuses (+20%EXP,...)

    56-60 lvl... mmm I foresee new Abysal lvl 60 PVP sets, 4k every piece.
