Alarming Concern...

Hello Mr Alente and Good Day

Im Mr. Avelino 36 Owner of Smartblog Cybershop Internet & Gaming her in the Philippines, Roxas City. And start to love this game & playing it for almost a year now. Encouraging many players to play this games in my shop. Created PrimeKnights Legion Rank 40 and 100 and counting members.

I have already invested almost P30,000.00 worth of donation in this server not to mention my other players that i have been donating also. But being scammed & banned at the same time is a very hurting one. Yes sir this worth P30K of donation account scammed by Leyca & banned by Uthi.

By this item found in my position http/i53.tinypic.com/2lbj0o5.jpg and saying it was a dupe item 1000pcs +100 power shard. It was trade to me a couple of months ago with several players. So Uthi Asking me for screenshots of the trades & i have nothing to show. Because i don't have a screenshots of those trade and i don't even remember when it was. So my appeal is denied. And I don't know how did they determine that this items is a dupe. And I think some of those players who trade me this item bought it on your store. And if u wont believe that this items where bought on the server why selling it. It doesn't make any since. And try to think this Sir if this item was a dupe and trade to us by those stupid dupers that cant even spend a single centavo in this server. And causes to banned innocent players & specially your donators. This sound very alarming dont you think Sir. And I think you should do something about it. Losing your donators is not good for business.

Anyway Mr. Alente i have tried to explain myself already several times to Uthi still denied. And I think she never experience yet, the feeling of losing P30K this amount is big already for me.But I don't care anymore if my account will still be back or not.

And whenever again I play this the game. Is it still worth investing to this server? Can u give us an assurance that this will not happen to me again or to my players. Im sorry Sir to sound so devastated. But that's life my main concern right now is my player I don't want this thing to happen to them. Im the one that will feel devastated if this thing happen to them. Coz im the one who encourage them to play and contribute to this server.

wew 30k pesos is not a joke...its a really big amount here in Philippines...and yeah how come they could determine if an item is a dupe...in fact that item is stackable....i hope they would reconsider your case...man!!!that sum of money can support a person for a 1 college semester or more....

Well , that's Gamez for yah . The AMS can ban you really fast , but when you need help to fix a problem they will just ignore you .
You already paid anyway so who cares

You moan that AMs can ban 'really fast' but then they get moaned at for not banning a player fast enough by the community.
No matter how hard AMs try, they are always the first to get hate from you guys.

Upon making a donation you automatically agree to all terms below. • You agree, that Credits are voluntary transfers of virtual assets from private individuals.
• Donations are materials given by private persons without receiving anything in exchange.
• To show our appreciation we reward donators with Credits in return for their support.

Although i do feel bad for you so you should make sure that all trades are properly documented to ensure that if anyone is scammed, then they can be caught and banned asap.

 

So can we agree once and for all that Gamez's customer service is just as good as Best Buy's?

As an owner of the shop I make sure that i give my client/players a good service that they deserve & maintain a good relationship. And also to make them feel secure. For the fact that they are the one that make may business going. And one way or the other they will encourage others to experience the services that were giving. Hope that this server is doing the same thing.

Hope Mr. Alente will find time to read this.

 

having 1000x +100 Attack Powershards obviously cost about $100 which no one would ever spend on. obviously it is duplicated.

also, good luck with your appeal. as for the Php30k a waste but i doubt your account will be returned. i suggest sending email to [email protected] and directly appeal to Carl, if you are really a constant donator, sending some proof of your transactions would probably help. but not assured.

 

you think I'll believe you have invested over "P30K" ? provide receipts, proofs that you are simply not a multiple voter who changes his Dynamic IP and got his ass banned with a lame excuse. Is not what you know is what you can prove "sir".

With $700 worth in donations I think that you would get a better equipment than the one you are using.
I don't like to say that, but as many other threads for thousands of reasons, you will not get your account back even if you donate $10.000.00

 

and what you say d4r3m3 is a big concern... Dont bite the hand that feeds you...(very old proverb), what do you do with a dog that bites his owner?
At least give the guy the benefit of the doubt... That much money for VIP and other stuff... and you just bite the hand off... Investigating is the less you could do... If you find real evidence prove him wrong... after all thats all he is asking for right?

It won't get you to where you want to be (obviously you fantasize about being an am) Learn to respect the ****ing players. 30k apparently means nothing eh? Btw we all know it's not a Donation it's a god damn exchange of money for in-game items as in Buying. Changing the word don't mean jack shit bro.

 

Augh since I in reality have no power over the situation, my title of moderator essentially means nothing here. Just means I am a overglorified and dignified forum troll, essentially.

#1: Sycth was more than just an AM at one point in time. And was a damn good one and had tonnes of respect, even from me, and that is something very hard to earn.

#2: The players are respected, ALL RESPECTED THE SAME. Doesn't matter if you donated your first born and your house or an entire village of people to this server or nothing, everyone is respected the same.

Overall this is probably one of the more respectful servers, because we don't have monstrosities as staff members who stomp on people and remove their gear for kicks, explode their characters because they PK'd their non-gm char, etc. This is RAMPANT on other servers.

#3: And 30k means a lot, it does. But don't expect different treatment because of it... which leads into point....


#4: It is a donation. It is said it is a donation, it has disclaimers on the page

and YOU chose to donate. Not anyone else, that is the assumption that is made with your credit card, etc.

And if you chose to take the 'liberal' interpretation that you are purchasing virtual-materials/services, then you are overstepping the boundaries that were set BY THIS SERVER.

And in legal terms that word modification makes a world of difference. I don't know how well your knowledge of customs are, at least in North America (when you use words like "Brah"), but if it wasn't a donation and it was a transaction for a service legal HELL would break loose onto every private server.... I have no doubt about that.

Donation, that word modification, makes a leap and bound of difference.

To think otherwise is a very nice and kind dillusion.

I'll give you advice, not as a staff member or a member of this game, but if you want that money back that badly then CHARGE BACK. You'll just end up perma IP banned from here and if ever found here again perma IP banned from that IP/loc as well, but hey you'll have 30k back.

And... I am still trying to justify why anyone would even need to donate 30k.

I said i felt sorry to the OP because i can understand where he is coming from, but no-one asked him to donate that much and as stated in the rules, Gamez doesn't have to give us anything for our donations but they do. (Credits)

And who's to say that he actually donated that much? I have donated over £1000 so what?
This is a PServer and i know that if anything happens to me in-game then it is my own fault.

The only thing i can do is pass this thread onto Alente/Carl and see what they say.

 

Thanks again guys for bumping on this thread. Its really not instant 30k, actually it started from 20$ and for almost 1 year of playing i have computed almost around $700 worth of credits that accounts has with 5 characters on it. Anyway I dont really hope anymore for the account to be back or restored. Im just happy that somehow some of you feel the way I feel. And I think this server will last long. And I would even sacrifice this account if it will help them to lead this server into a success.
