    Surzly. Did you see when the trash lady actually came over and tried to help her. She was completely unsure if she should be doing that. She just picked her up and was looking around like "Okay little girl...get out of the street...."

    Someone told me that it's because of the laws in China. He left it on facebook lemme go find it...

    "It's cause of how China's laws are. In 2006, a good samaritan helped a woman who was badly hurt, and the medical bills were pushed onto her for some assbackwards reason. So people there rather not get involved, which is no excuse. I also can't help but believe that her being a girl had something to do with it. Everyone knows he shit they do to female babies there anyway."

    well thats human nature o_O pretty much people only care for people they know or love. Also o_O it has to do a lot with cultures and other BS. Also o_O i agree with Tousen if parents did care for her she should not be walking around alone o.o at that age.

    It all falls down to bad Parenting.
