Hello i dont know what happen with my account but my players are erease and my ranger is in (server siel) and dont have nothing and my credits are done only have 18 credits on my accound pls pls plssssssssssssss what happen ??????????

Any proof x.x? Probably means you were hacked if anything.

 

^This. I don't think there's any way to get solid evidence of you being hacked, unless you had video proof of someone logging into your account, deleting your characters, and spending your credits.

Unless you downloaded a keylogger specifically designed to take GamezAion accounts (which probably isn't the case, since hackers go for bigger things like credit cards/bank information), I don't see how you got "hacked". You were either doing real money trading, lending your account to someone, or blurted it on accident to someone.

Sorry for being harsh, but there's people that just want free-bees.

 

i agree this out of the blue sounds a lot like a scamm and eitherway if he got hacked he aint geting items back .

 

Proofs or it didn't happen Mr. Repost fast.

You're responsible for your account so if you are to give a friend your information and he takes it all then it is entirely your fault staff doesn't take responsibility for your mistakes, now you could have also given your account to a fake GM or put your information on another website that asks for your information in any of these cases you are responsible for what happened to your items/chars/account.
