You can reach the speed of the daggers by getting Wings of the Circle. Expecially with the Level 2 conditioning ones that we will (hopefully) get in 2.7

Plus swords deal more damage.
There's a cap for attack speed :>

As about the m.accuracy.. well... the highier it is, the more your godstones will proc.

 

I use a little MA on my set and the rest are socketed with attack. And I my self am using Sword Sword with Para/Silence GS's, IMO SS is much better since WoC gives you a bit of AS, you can match up the AS of D/S or even D/D i think, correct me if I'm wrong.

 

that is true... the buff does indeed make it -1 on your SW or Hide.
i always thought that those Rune that doesnt stick even w.o resist were bugs.. well are they?
i also notice that, mostly on the pain rune... the signet tho is usually hitting, but when it doesnt., the silence godstone usually procs on the 3rd attack (which is ambush) .. (using 2 Silence GS 10% on both S/S)

 

Well I think something is bugged cause a few times I've used a rune signet, pain, binding (anything really) and it takes away the rune carve count and the rune does no effect (sometimes not even damage) and it does not say it was resisted (even in combat log i think)... It's caused my death a few times and as a high rank non vip/premium solo player it's also made me /facedesk and /ragequit
