Noob questions on PvP

Hello everyone, total noob here, I'd like to ask you a couple questions which I hope won't annoy you - I did not find an answer using SEARCH.

1) This is a PvP server, which I guess it means there's open PvP. But is it totally open? Or are there some limitations - level-based limitations, protected noob areas, etc?

2) Can you drop items when you're killed? Is there any chance, even a small one, to drop a piece of gear or something in your inventory?

1. no limitations whatsoever so yeah, noobs killing lowbies and spawn camping even though they can get jailed for it, they do it anyway

2. no, u cant drop anything

 

1. Poeta, Sanctum, Elten, Theobomos ely safezones, abyss has invisble shields, you should ask for pvp zones instead.
2. Nope... o wait your face drops when you see a cheater.

 

i disagree with sanctum theres a quest that gets asmos inside sanctum xD theres another that gets them inside the elyos equivalent of morheim
