Login Issues [an extra one]

Hi, people. I have not played Aion for a long time because my pc passed away. I re-download the game and updated it, but I can't enter again. I mean, the game loads correctly (no crashes, no IP problems), but when it comes the part where I choose the character, they simply do not appear. Not as if it were empty, but the character selection loading never ends. I have not found my problem among those of the post "Login Issues & Fixes", so I beg you to give me an extra possible solution.
The only difference between this PC and the older one, is that in this one I'm running Windows 7, and I wonder if this is not the main problem ...

Ur client has updated to 2.7 which gamez aion doesnt support YET (will tho in few hours). I suggest u wait until we get the update

well crystal is getting updated today (in theory, already a day late) so gamez tomorrow (hopefully). if ur desperate, u can downgrade to 2.6 (pretty quick) and play in the meantime, then repair back to 2.7 later
