Missing Credits

I just donated $5.00 USD so I could purchase another piece of ABG armor or a ABG weapon. After I confirmed it said thank you for your purchase but I got no credits added to my account. I have a screen shot where the money was taken from my card but no credits given.

 

u should generally wait for 24 hours to see if u get the credits or not, then u can send evidence to carl so he can fix it for u

 

Well honestly I'm still waiting on about 2,500 credits from a while back that I have not gotten ANY feedback from Carl as of yet so.......? That's been a while now like over a month so how much longer should I keep waiting? Not even sure Carl cares about missing points.

 

not sure he does either since the payment got through anyways u can pm him, alente or ashtar to look into it, u can also email him at admin@gamezaion.com and see if he replies. include ur proof of payment in the msg

 

Don't use paymentwall. I personally like Super Rewards because it's faster.

 

Again I did as you mentioned here with the last incident and nothing yet. I honestly think I'm done with donating since Carl could care less once he has the money. Again I emailed him and made a post about the first time this happened and nothing done by Carl to rectify the situation yet. Is this really how he shows the players he cares about us? Wow with people like that who needs enemies!!!!

 

I do think that with a high credit donation rewards should be handled as quickly as possible due to the fact of well it's a high donation and to show customer service. I gave the benefit of the doubt that since I am in a deployed location it would take a long time to receive some credits, was hoping not as long as it takes mail to get here, from a donation but if you say wait 24 hours than am I allowed to start getting worried? Especially if there is one person handling donation rewards there should be no problem with getting a reward to a player within a timely fashion, IMO.
From my end my payment went through and I have sent an e-mail to admin@gamerzaion.com, I only asked a general question in my e-mail I did not send any info. Since it was my first time donating to this server, I was hesitant at first, I am leaning towards not donating now because the biggest part of your donating process is lacking.

I had to submit an inquiry on my donation and recieved it 4 days afterwards so u may have to do the same

 

Weird, but maybe your just log just be patient dear.

 

Don't worry about your credits, they will come in eventually, to be honest with you, my friend donated 400$ to get alot of things, and well you see-they have to process all of the money and stuff you know? It normally takes around a week or two to even get the credits, but other then that, I'm sure that they will come soon enough ^_^ don't worry
